Who we are

MilaKnight Tech is the technology arm of the MilaKnight group, operating as Milaknight LLC-FZ, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “We” on this page refers to that entity.

What this site provides

The content on this site is informational: it explains what we build and how we work. Service and package descriptions are not a binding offer and not a commitment to a price or scope.

Blog articles are professional opinion at the time of publication. They are not technical or legal advice for your situation, and we do not warrant that what worked for one client will work for you.

Requests sent through the site

Submitting a form on this site is a contact request, not a contract. No obligation arises for either party before an explicit written agreement.

We ask only for contact details and a description of your process. Do not send trade secrets, passwords or your customers' data through the form — if the engagement requires that, we agree on a secure channel and a non-disclosure agreement first.

Intellectual property

The text, images, design and logo on this site are ours; they may not be republished or used commercially without written permission. You may quote articles with attribution and a link to the source.

Ownership of what we build for a client is defined in the project contract. Our standard policy is that code and documentation become the client's property on delivery, while we retain rights to the general-purpose components and internal tooling we reuse across projects.

External links

We sometimes link to sites we do not run — platforms, tools and sources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it, and a link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable effort to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. We may amend content or take the site down temporarily for development.

We are not liable for a decision you took on the basis of this site's content alone without consulting us or a professional. This limit does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. A project contract may specify a different governing law or arbitral forum, and it prevails in case of conflict.

We may update these terms; the last-updated date appears at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means accepting the version in force.
